iProcure

Privacy Policy

Effective 30 July 2026

This policy explains what information iProcure handles and how that information supports authentication, procurement guidance, escalation and administration.

1. Information iProcure handles

iProcure may handle account information supplied through your approved sign-in method, such as your name, email address and profile image. It also processes procurement questions, conversations, case information, attachments and workspace preferences that you choose to provide.

2. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide procurement guidance, preserve authorised working context, route escalated cases, operate administrative features and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

3. Role-based access

Access to workspace information depends on the user’s assigned role. Requesters, supporting partners and administrators may see different information and controls according to their responsibilities.

4. Sign-in providers

When you use Google or another supported identity provider, that provider processes authentication information under its own terms and privacy practices. iProcure receives only the account information needed to establish and manage your authorised session.

5. Sharing and disclosure

Procurement information may be shared with authorised reviewers, supporting entities or administrators when required by the workflow. Information may also be processed by service providers that support the operation, hosting and security of iProcure.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained according to operational, audit and organisational requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect it, but users must also avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information and must protect their accounts.

7. Your choices

Available workspace settings may let you manage conversation history, preferences and other saved context. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion should be directed through your organisation’s approved support or administration channel.
