Terms of Service

These terms describe the conditions for accessing and using iProcure. By signing in or using the service, you agree to follow them.
1. Using iProcure
iProcure provides guided procurement support, working context and escalation tools for authorised users. You may use the service only for legitimate organisational procurement activities and in accordance with your organisation’s policies.
2. Accounts and access
Access may require an approved organisational account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it. Do not share access credentials or attempt to access features or information outside your authorised role.
3. Procurement guidance
Penny assists with procurement workflows but does not replace required approvals, professional judgement or applicable policy. You remain responsible for reviewing guidance, confirming current requirements and obtaining the necessary authorisations before acting.
4. Information you provide
Only provide information that you are authorised to use for the relevant procurement activity. Do not upload unnecessary personal, confidential or restricted information. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of submitted content.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, introduce malicious content or use generated guidance for unlawful, misleading or unauthorised purposes.
6. Availability and changes
The service and its features may be updated, suspended or changed as operational and policy needs evolve. These terms may also be updated, with the current version published on this page.
